Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Sendinel email operations platform operated by Desler Digital Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using Sendinel, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

2. Prohibited sending practices

You may not use Sendinel to send email that:

Uses purchased, rented, or scraped lists. All recipients must have explicitly consented to receive email from you. Purchasing, renting, co-registering, or scraping email addresses is prohibited.
Constitutes unsolicited bulk email (spam). Every recipient must have affirmatively opted in to receive communications from your specific domain or brand.
Is cold outreach or prospecting email. Sendinel may not be used to contact individuals who have not previously expressed interest in your product or service.
Promotes dropshipping, get-rich-quick schemes, or deceptive offers. This includes misleading subject lines, false sender identities, or content designed to deceive recipients.
Contains malware, phishing content, or malicious links. All links must resolve to legitimate, clearly identified destinations.
Violates CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or other applicable law. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your sending geography and recipient location.
Targets minors under 16 without appropriate parental consent mechanisms.

3. Consent requirements

Before sending to any recipient, you must have:

Obtained explicit, affirmative opt-in consent from the recipient — a pre-checked box does not constitute consent
Clearly disclosed at the point of collection what types of email the recipient will receive and from which brand
Stored a record of the consent with timestamp, consent language, and collection method
For CASL-regulated recipients (Canada): obtained express consent or have a valid implied consent basis with documented expiry

4. Unsubscribe requirements

Every marketing or non-transactional email must include a functioning one-click unsubscribe mechanism
Unsubscribe requests must be honored immediately — no confirmation page, no delay, no re-opt-in prompt
Unsubscribed addresses must not receive further marketing email from your account
CAN-SPAM requires unsubscribe requests to be honored within 10 business days; Sendinel processes them in real time

5. Sender reputation obligations

You must maintain a hard bounce rate below 2% and a complaint rate below 0.1%
Do not resend to addresses that have hard bounced
Purge inactive addresses regularly — sending to stale lists degrades deliverability for all users
Do not use URL shorteners or link to domains with poor reputation
Use a sender address that clearly identifies your brand — noreply@ addresses are discouraged

6. Domain and authentication requirements

You must verify domain ownership before sending from any domain
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records must be configured and valid for all sending domains
You may not send from domains you do not own or control
Free webmail addresses (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) are not permitted as From: addresses for campaigns

7. Enforcement

We monitor sending activity for AUP violations. Violations may result in:

Immediate suspension of sending for the violating account or domain
Permanent account termination without refund
Reporting to relevant authorities, blocklist operators, or mailbox providers where required by law or to protect platform integrity

Accounts with a complaint rate exceeding 0.5% in any one-hour window are automatically suspended pending review.

8. Reporting violations

To report suspected abuse or AUP violations, contact abuse@sendinel.ai. We review all reports and respond to legitimate abuse complaints promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Sendinel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
